Please note that changes have been made to our normal business hours and practices for the safety of all visitors and staff of Lakeland Animal Shelter during this pandemic.
- Our weekday hours have changed. The shelter is open from noon to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Saturday hours continue to be 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- Please note you must have an approved application on file at the shelter (apply at lakelandanimalshelter.org) in order to schedule a time to come into the shelter to meet an animal. We are not open to walk ins at this time to ensure spacing requirements are met.
- Face Masks must be worn when entering the building.
- We have no contact donation bins available at the main north entrance to the shelter for donation drop offs. Thank you for continuing to help us!
